What Cookies Are

Cookies are small text files that a website stores on your device when you visit it. They help the site remember your session and preferences, and — where you allow it — help us understand how the site is used. This policy explains which cookies PhiWebs uses and how you can manage them, in line with the Turkish Personal Data Protection Law No. 6698 (KVKK) and, where applicable, the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).

Essential Cookies

Essential cookies are strictly necessary for the site and the platform to function — for example, to keep you signed in, secure your session, and remember choices such as your language and your cookie preferences. Because the service cannot operate without them, they are set without consent and are retained only for as long as needed for their purpose, typically for the duration of your session or a limited period thereafter.

Analytics Cookies

With your consent, we use Google Analytics 4 to understand how visitors use our site so that we can improve it. Analytics cookies are loaded only after you give explicit consent, and we use Google Consent Mode v2 so that no analytics cookies are set and no analytics identifiers are stored before you consent.

Analytics data is retained for a limited period in accordance with the retention settings we configure in Google Analytics, after which it is deleted or aggregated. We do not use analytics cookies for advertising.

Measurement Without Cookies

Separately from the analytics cookies above, we use Cloudflare Web Analytics to count page views and page performance. It is listed here even though it is not a cookie, because a cookie policy that only describes cookies would leave you unable to see everything that measures you.

It sets no cookie, writes nothing to your device, and does not use a fingerprint or any other identifier that could follow you between sites or across visits. Because it does not access your device and does not process data that identifies you, it does not depend on your consent — so it runs whether or not you accept analytics cookies, and the "Cookie preferences" control does not switch it off.

What it records is limited to what your browser already sends when it asks for a page: the address requested, the referring address, and general information such as browser and country. It cannot be linked to you, to your PhiWebs account, or to visits you make to other sites.

Managing Your Preferences

You can review and change your cookie choices at any time using the "Cookie preferences" link on our site. Withdrawing consent is as easy as giving it: if you withdraw consent for analytics cookies, they will no longer be set, and you can also delete existing cookies through your browser settings. Blocking essential cookies through your browser may prevent parts of the platform from working.

Withdrawal takes effect from the moment you withdraw; it does not affect processing already carried out on the basis of your earlier consent.

Retention Periods

Essential cookies last no longer than your session or the period required for the site to function. Analytics cookies are retained for the periods defined by Google Analytics. The consent choice saved in your browser remains until you clear it or change your preference.
