Essential Characteristics of the Service

The service is the PhiWebs subscription plan or AI credit pack selected by the consumer during checkout. The essential characteristics, scope, and duration of the selected plan or product are displayed on the checkout screen before the order is confirmed.

The service is used through a current web browser (Chrome, Edge, Safari or Firefox) and an internet connection; no software installation or special hardware is required. Access is limited to the subscription plan assigned to your account and the plan’s usage limits are applied at account level; beyond that, no digital rights management restricts the use of the content.

The Buyer may purchase prepaid digital credits (Φ) for use in AI operations on the PhiWebs platform. The Φ amount of the pack and its total price including all taxes (VAT) are shown on the order screen. Following approval of the payment, the credits are assigned immediately to the Buyer's workspace. Credits are spent only when the plan's daily or weekly usage allowance has run out and the "continue with credits" option is on, at the rate of AI usage actually consumed; current spending rates are published on the account screen. Credits cannot be converted into cash and cannot be transferred to another account.

Credits are valid for 12 months from the date they are assigned to the account; any unused balance expires at the end of that period. The Provider notifies the Buyer by email at least 30 days before the period ends. Credits that expire soonest are used first.

Price and Payment

The total price of the selected subscription plan or credit pack, inclusive of all taxes, is displayed at checkout before the order is confirmed. Payment is collected electronically through a licensed payment institution. Subscriptions are billed monthly on a recurring basis: each billing period is charged in advance, and the subscription renews automatically at the end of each period unless cancelled. With your separate consent at checkout, the payment institution keeps your card on file for those renewals and charges it at each period; you can withdraw that consent from your account settings.

As there is no physical delivery, no shipping or delivery charge applies.

Right of Withdrawal (14 Days) and Exceptions

The consumer has the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 days without giving any reason, by notifying the Provider through the contact channels stated above.

Under Article 15 of the Distance Contracts Regulation, exceptions apply to digital content and to services, and to the assignment of credits to an account, whose performance or assignment begins with the consumer's express consent before the withdrawal period expires; in such cases the right of withdrawal may not be exercised to the extent provided by law.

The right of withdrawal does not apply to credits under the exception in Article 15 of the Regulation. In cases of defective performance, duplicate payment, credits not being assigned for reasons attributable to the Provider, or the Provider ending the service, the amount corresponding to unused credits is refunded within 14 days to the payment instrument the Buyer used. In a partial refund, the amount is calculated on the price per Φ of the pack. Where a payment is refunded or charged back, unused credits from the pack concerned are withdrawn from the account.

Complaints and Disputes

For complaints and objections, the consumer may apply to the Consumer Arbitration Committees or the Consumer Courts in Türkiye, within the monetary limits determined each year by the Ministry of Trade, in the place where the consumer resides or where the transaction was made.

Contract Term and Renewal

The subscription runs on monthly billing periods and renews automatically at the end of each period. The consumer may cancel at any time; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period, and access continues until that date. Following account closure, account data is retained for 30 days before deletion, subject to legal retention obligations.
