Essential Characteristics of the Service

The service is the PhiWebs subscription plan or marketplace product selected by the consumer during checkout. The essential characteristics, scope, and duration of the selected plan or product are displayed on the checkout screen before the order is confirmed.

Price and Payment

The total price, inclusive of all taxes, is displayed at checkout before the order is confirmed. Payment is collected electronically through our payment provider (iyzico). Subscriptions are billed monthly on a recurring basis: each billing period is charged in advance, and the subscription renews automatically at the end of each period unless cancelled.

Right of Withdrawal (14 Days) and Exceptions

The consumer has the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 days without giving any reason, by notifying the Provider through the contact channels stated above.

Under Article 15 of the Distance Contracts Regulation, exceptions apply to digital content and to services whose performance begins with the consumer's express consent before the withdrawal period expires; in such cases the right of withdrawal may not be exercised to the extent provided by law. Complaints and Disputes

For complaints and objections, the consumer may apply to the Consumer Arbitration Committees or the Consumer Courts in Türkiye, within the monetary limits determined each year by the Ministry of Trade, in the place where the consumer resides or where the transaction was made.

Contract Term and Renewal

The subscription runs on monthly billing periods and renews automatically at the end of each period. The consumer may cancel at any time; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period, and access continues until that date. Following account closure, account data is retained for 30 days before deletion, subject to legal retention obligations.
