Introduction
PhiWebs ("we", "our", or "us"), a product of PhiMajor Solutions, Istanbul, Türkiye, is committed to protecting your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and safeguard your information when you use our platform and services.
This policy has been prepared with regard to the Turkish Personal Data Protection Law No. 6698 (KVKK) and, to the extent applicable, the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR). The KVKK Information Notice carries the detailed disclosure required under the KVKK.
Information We Collect
We may collect personal information that you voluntarily provide when you register for an account, subscribe to our newsletter, contact our support team, or participate in surveys or promotions. This may include your name, email address, company name, and billing information.
We also automatically collect certain usage data when you access our platform, including your IP address and browser type, device information, the pages you visit and features you use, and the time and date of your visits.
How We Use Your Information
We use the information we collect to provide and maintain our services, process transactions and send related information, send administrative information and updates, respond to inquiries and provide support, improve our platform and develop new features, monitor and analyze usage patterns, and protect against fraudulent or illegal activity.
Data Sharing
We do not sell your personal information. We may share your information with service providers who assist in operating our platform, and with legal authorities where required by law.
Data Security
We implement appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect your personal information against unauthorized access, alteration, disclosure, or destruction. However, no method of transmission over the Internet is 100% secure.
If you believe you have found a security issue affecting PhiWebs, please report it to security@phiwebs.com.
If we determine that your personal data has been unlawfully obtained by others, we notify the Personal Data Protection Board within 72 hours at the latest of becoming aware of it, and we inform you as soon as reasonably possible.
Exceptions to those retention periods: invoice, payment and accounting records are kept for 5 years under the Tax Procedure Law; commercial books and documents for 10 years under the Turkish Commercial Code; and records relating to contractual claims for the applicable limitation period.
Traffic records of accesses to the applications you publish (IP address, time, address, browser information) are kept for 2 years under our obligations as a hosting provider and deleted afterwards; the details are in the KVKK Privacy Notice.
Your Rights
Depending on your location, you may have the right to access your personal information, correct inaccurate data, request deletion of your data, object to the processing of your data, and request data portability. These rights arise under the Turkish Personal Data Protection Law No. 6698 (KVKK) and, where applicable, the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).
Authenticated users can request a copy of their personal data from the Account → Privacy & Data page. We aim to fulfil export requests within 24 hours; the statutory maximum is thirty days from the date the request reaches us, under Article 13 of the KVKK. Once your bundle is ready, you will receive an email with a download link valid for 30 days.
We retain your personal data for as long as your account is active and as needed to provide the service. When you request deletion from your account settings and confirm through the link sent to your e-mail, valid for 15 minutes, your account is anonymised at once and your remaining data is permanently deleted 30 days later, unless a longer retention period is required by law (for example, for billing and tax records).
Commercial Electronic Messages
We send you promotional, campaign or newsletter messages only where we have obtained your prior consent. Consents are recorded in the Message Management System (İYS) under Turkish Law No. 6563 on the Regulation of Electronic Commerce.
You may withdraw your consent free of charge at any time, using the opt-out link in every message we send, by writing to kvkk@phiwebs.com, or directly through İYS. Opt-out requests are actioned within three business days.
Transactional messages about your account and subscription — invoices, security alerts, service changes — are not commercial electronic messages and are sent regardless of consent.

We use cookies and similar technologies to operate the platform and, with your consent, to understand how it is used. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of any changes by posting the new Privacy Policy on this page and updating the "Last updated" date.
