By accessing or using PhiWebs ("the Service"), operated by PhiMajor Solutions, Istanbul, Türkiye, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the Service.

PhiWebs provides a platform for creating, managing, and sharing digital surfaces. The Service includes web-based tools, APIs, and related services that enable users to build and deploy digital experiences.

Account Registration

To use certain features, you must create an account with accurate information, maintain the security of your account credentials, notify us immediately of any unauthorized access, and be at least 18 years old or have parental consent.

Payment Terms

Paid plans are provided as a monthly subscription. Fees are charged in advance on a recurring basis at the start of each billing period. You may cancel at any time; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period, and no further charges are made after that date. Except where required by law or expressly stated otherwise, fees already paid are non-refundable. We may change pricing with 30 days' notice, and you are responsible for applicable taxes.

Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account immediately, without prior notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users, us, or third parties, or for any other reason at our sole discretion.

You may terminate your account at any time by contacting support. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will cease immediately. Following account closure, your data is retained for 30 days before deletion, unless a longer retention period is required by law.

Disclaimer of Warranties

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, SECURE, OR ERROR-FREE.

Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, PHIWEBS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE.

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless PhiWebs, PhiMajor Solutions, and their officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the Service or your violation of these Terms.

Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will provide notice of significant changes by posting on our website or sending you an email. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance.

Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Türkiye, without regard to conflict of law principles.
